Let me help make you unforgettable.

Have you ever wondered what makes someone remarkable? Why do some people light up a room while others fade into the background?  What’s the secret sauce that makes someone persuasive, authentic and real? And when it comes to elevating someone’s “game,” why does one approach unlock potential in one person but completely miss the mark with another? That’s what I’ve spent my life figuring out.

I used to think it was all about the stage—the big Broadway stage. And honestly, for a while, that was true. I made it on Broadway. Over and over. I helmed Tony-award-winning shows (Company, Angels in America, Matilda, Billy Elliot and more) leading A-list talent (Andrew Garfield, Carrie Underwood, Carly Rae Jepsen, Christopher Walken, Nathan Lane and more). Leaders in the industry came to me to help the best performers become even better.

But here's the thing: I realized that it wasn’t just about making great performances—it was about unlocking greatness in people. It wasn’t about theater— it was about the way we show up, the way we carry a room, the way we make others feel. In other words, this was bigger than Broadway. So, I pivoted. I expanded. I did precisely what I help my clients do now: I leveled up.

I’ve spent the last five years working with amazing, highly motivated people in the coaching space. If you've seen Ms. Rachel captivate an audience, you've seen the kind of work I do. Now, I specialize in helping leaders, speakers and high-performers transform their presence, communication and impact. And yes, I’ve had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 clients while keeping their trust and confidentiality at the heart of everything.

I don’t do cookie-cutter formulas. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I don’t look for hacks. I do the work. I work with you to understand exactly what’s going to make your message, your delivery and your presence unforgettable—and then I help you make it happen. This is my life’s work, and I am looking forward to working with you.
